When you have grown-up in Seattle it's easy to take the evolution of the University Village for granted, but all it takes is a few trips to other cities to realize that the Village is one of the most unique areas of its kind in the country.
When we first met with the Village it was clearly communicated that when it comes to food having local owners was their top priority. We saw it as a great way to 'do what we do' for all of the people who live around the U-Village. We can't wait to meet you. |
