At boom, we are believers in the Japanese invented style of management called Kaizen, which means, "continuous improvement." Kaizen aims to eliminate waste, make the work environment safer, and easier to be more productive.
Most importantly, a Kaizen system humanizes the work place because everyone is involved in contributing ideas that help us improve.
