From the beginning, we wanted to open boom on Capitol Hill. So when the corner of 12th and Pike became available, we jumped at the chance to plant our roots. For native Seattleites, the Pike-and-Pine corridor has always represented the best diversity the city has to offer. It truly is one of our most vibrant inner-city communities. For this reason, we designed our space to encourage communal dining and we are excited for the opportunity to share our food with our neighbors who live on the hill as well as anyone in search of satisfying noodle dishes and Japanese-inspired small plates.
Being a locally owned restaurant, our hope is that we contribute to the community in positive ways and add continued interest to the scene here. |
