What happens when a city starts to grow so quickly that in the blink of an eye it appears as though few of the restaurant offerings are created by local people? For us it meant finding a way to open boom before all of the good spots were gone. The east side is hopping, and it has been great to see some of Seattle's finest (Top Pot) take the plunge and impact the landscape. With boom in Bellevue we hope to continue what we started in Seattle, and that is to bring an urban casual environment to a space where everyone feels comfortable and relaxed. We're looking forward to the opportunity to meet new guests and learning more about what we can do to constantly improve and most importantly, bring our style of food to a whole new community of noodle lovers. |
